Our MISSION

To advance policies and practices that improve the health, education, social, and economic well-being of Little People, their families, and their communities by supporting our members in research, education, health, and service activities that achieve our vision.

NTF advocates for the inclusion of Little persons and their concerns in the mainstream development processes.

It was formed in 2020 by a group of womem in Kampala Uganda during the covid 19 pandemic as a result of violation of rights of Little persons, torture, barriers to social services, and societal discrimination as a minority population in Uganda.

Naffe Tusobola Foundation was born out of a Facebook campaign promoting awareness on inclusive disability employment in Uganda. “Naffe Tusobola” is a Luganda word that means “we too can”.
